What currency are your items listed in?
All of our prices are listed in the currency of the country you are located.
If your country currency is not available, it will show prices in USD.
How come some shoes don't come in original package?
We look for deals and buy shoes in big lots and we pass the savings (savings of up to 80%!) onto customers.
Sometimes some shoes don't have an original box, or the original box is damaged. So we just replace with other shoe box before we ship to customers.
Although some of these shoes don't have original boxes, All our shoes are 100% authentic from different designer brands.
Do you have the shoe I want in another size, style, or color?
All shoes we carry are listed on our online outlet. If you're looking for the same item in a different size, style, or color, try entering the brand and style name into the search bar at the top of your screen. You can also browse by color, price range and size. If you still cannot locate the desired size, style, or color through your search, it means we do not have the item in stock.
Why are there different prices for the same style of shoes?
Our prices vary depending on the popularity of size, popularity of color, and length of time an item has been up for sale. Due to our pricing policies, we cannot lower the price of any item.
Can you lower the price of the shoes I want?
We're sorry but our prices are as Listed. All prices on our online outlet are already reduced from 20% to 80% of original retail price. We tried to pass all the savings onto customers by lower all listed prices, Therefor, It is hard for us to make it lower.
How can I track my order?
Most orders ship the next business day after payment is received. After we ship your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking number and a link to track your package.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) through our secure checkout.
We do not accept money orders, personal checks, cashier's checks, or company checks.
How do I redeem promotional codes?
To redeem promotional codes, add at least one item into your Shopping Cart. When you view the items in your cart, you will be able to enter your promotional code in the "Coupon" box beneath your items. After entering the code, click the "Update Cart" button to apply the savings.
