We offer $14.99 flat shipping in Canada & US.

Customers will be responsible for shipping cost. We work with DHL and Canada Post to get the best shipping rates for our customers. 

** Customers will receive free shipping offers when we have shipping special promotion from time to time. If you meet the requirement, You will receive a promotion code in your e-mail and the shipping cost will be waived. 

 

Returns

All items are "Final Sale" and non-refundable.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you can return within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Unfortunately, it you buy a sale item, or used a promotion code on your purchase. We are not able to issue a refund.

I have a Discount Promo Code. How do I apply it?

You can apply your discount promo code in the checkout after you've filled your shopping cart with the products you’re buying. At the checkout page, enter the code into the "Voucher Code" box and click "Apply". Your cart will automatically update to reflect the voucher code. Please note only one promo code can be entered per order.
